Please note that AirsoftHQ is not a webshop and does not itself sell, ship or invoice any products. For questions about an order, payment, delivery, return or warranty, please contact directly the webshop where you made the purchase.

Complaints and questions

Are you dissatisfied with our service or with the information on our website? Let us know at info@airsofthq.app with a clear description of your complaint. We take every report seriously and try to reach a suitable solution together with you.

If your complaint concerns a product, a purchase or the handling thereof, we will refer you to the webshop in question. As a price comparison platform, we are not a party to the sales agreement between you and the webshop and cannot handle such complaints ourselves.

Privacy complaints

Do we process your personal data and do you have a complaint about this? Please first contact us at info@airsofthq.app, so that we can address your query. The controller for the data processing is Beflore.

If we cannot resolve the matter together, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority. In the Netherlands this is the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens) (autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl). If you live in another EU country, you can turn to the data protection authority in your own country.
